Weighed my self today to get a general idea of where I am weight-wise. I weighed myself and I'm 120 lbs. I calculated my BMI and I fall well within the normal range (
18.5-24.9) for my weight and height at 20 BMI. I know that this is within the "Normal" bracket but I still want to tone up and increase my physical health. But the main reason is help cope with my stress from work and school.
